The party room package includes attraction tickets for 25 people (with wristbands). The party table can accommodate the same number of guests at once. In addition, other guests are welcome by purchasing an extra ticket for €10 to use the attractions or a companion ticket for €5. In addition to booking the party room, you can conveniently pre-order food and drinks to make the celebration even more memorable and worry-free.

• The room rental lasts a total of 3 hours, including preparation and cleanup. Party room preparation time is 15 minutes, and the party itself lasts 2.5 hours.
• At the end of the party, we kindly ask you to clean the room and vacate it on time so that the Minigolf RIO team can prepare it properly for the next celebration.
• The party rooms include a utility kitchen with a sink. The kitchens are equipped with vases, bowls, trays, cake servers and knives, juice jugs, as well as a microwave and a kettle for use.
• We kindly ask you to wash all used dishes after use and return them to the place where they were taken at the beginning of the party.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks  to the party room.
• Leaving the party room with food is not allowed in order  to ensure the preservation of Minigolf Rio’s property.
• Minigolf Rio reserves the right to claim full compensation for damages, particularly for the restoration value of property damaged by food. We kindly ask guests not to be barefoot in the center.
• The minigolf area is for minigolf players only!
• Minigolf Rio does not provide childcare services.
• Children are the responsibility of the parent or the person who booked the party room, including when the party is led by a party host. For safety reasons, we kindly ask parents to supervise all children attending their party.
• Minigolf RIO staff have the right to call visitors to order if they disturb other guests.
